We spoke with Milton, a mango producer in Ecuador, about how his life has changed since working with Vimor Group.<\/p>\n
Milton has been growing Kent mangoes on the Ecuadorian coast for over 15 years. Until recently, he delivered his fruit to a local intermediary who paid him within 60 days… sometimes not even that. <\/p>\n
Since starting to work with Vimor Group, he has sold directly to the European market.
“Now I know what my mango sells for, I know how much it costs to export it, and I get paid on time. But most importantly, I feel like my work is worth it.”<\/p>\n
Cases like Milton’s are the reason we exist.
